Lord Ipsqueek's Adventures: to Planckendael!

Greetings, loyal subjects of mine, and welcome to this daring treasure hunt in the animal kingdom of Planckendael.

While I will face various exotic animals, I will be searching the lands for three great treasures: fries, playgardens and water!

Because it was 26 degrees, as blistering as it can be in the savannah... or at least, if you live in rainy Belgium.

Of course, after the long journey, we had to have lunch first, and here I immediatly found the first of the three mythical treasures.

Don't judge me, I wasn't the only one lunching, as the camels did so as well.  The small one was all too cute though, but daddy didn't allow me to take it home pfuh.

Travelling through asia, I ended up in a classroom, where being the hard student I am I immediatly learned about oliphaunts.

But boy was it warm, and this poor snow leopard decided that lying down was as good an activity as anything.  Something his lion cousins mirrored to perfection, as did the cheetah's.

The road infrastructure though, I had to lead mommy over all those daring obstacles while I felt right at home with all my mountaineering experience... but it did lead to a huge building with beautifull butterflies and a mighty waterfall!

Here we see the buffalo, mighty cow-beast from all those cowboy and indian tales daddy told me about.

Indians who had nice and solid chests for some easy lying and relaxing.

After seeing those might animals, I found the second myhtical treasure, the playgarden!

Having done some exercising, it was time to advance through some very cute animals, like the Vicuna's, the Capybara's and of course the penguins.

Uncle Ribbi was here too, but I guess the heat must have started to make me see double times double times double... it was a Ribbi-nvasion!

Now these Maki I liked, full of mischief hihihi.  Kind of like those little Tanaki that ran straight over my head!

But finally, the most imporatant treasure was found!  Water, and lots of it.  After soaking myself, and daddy, I did need a change of clothes to go back.  So did daddy, but he didn't bring any dry clothes muahahaha.

And we went home right on time, as a heavy shower befell upon us while driving back.  I was quite tired, understandably, from guiding the old folks around to the treasures, but back home I did take myself a good snack and some television to round out the day.

And so ended my treasure hunt, you will see my again when my next adventure takes place!
