Spicy boardgame review

Another find on Vinted, and one I wanted... because I liked the box art.

But, I only paid a few euro for it, and it came brand new, all cards still in their sealed packaging, so even if only the art would be good, it wouldn't break the bank.

Made in 2020 and distributed here by 999 Games, you play a spice trading tiger, as they are tired of fighting each other.  Through a game of bluffing, you need to obtain the trophy cards before the deck reached the End of the World card.  This is done by challenging the top card of the spice stack, and wether it has the incorrect spice or amount on it, but your opponent doesn't have to tell the truth.

We did try the game with two players, me and Noshi, but concluded that it is probably far better to play it with a couple of extra players.  That way it is harder to try and gauge the patterns of your opponent, making it more of a bluffing game with some wild angles involved.

But, it was a nifty little game, and we will definitly get it out next time we have visitors around!
