Babylon 5 Delphi Advanced Scout

 A fresh vessel of the paint desk for my Earth Alliance fleet, this one is from the Crusade era section.

 

Basically, the advanced ships post the television series.

 

The Delphi scout is a far more advanced, better armed and better armoured scout vessel to replace the aging Oracle from the earlier two era lists.  And comes in the dark grey and black colour scheme instead of the grey and blue of the earlier lists.

 

As an added bonus, it also has a hangar bay in the A Call to Arms ruleset that carries a single flight of the excellent Aurora starfury, probably the best fighter ingame after the Minbari fighter.

 

The model itself, made by Agents of Gaming for Mongoose Publishing back in the day, is cast in metal, and about 7cm in length, so not really a big ship.  It's length comes close to the Hyperion cruiser, but it is far, far less bulkier then the old workhorse of the fleet.

 

But a sleek looking stealth ship and a nice addition to the revamped fleet so far.
