Federation Vesper Class cruiser

The latest completed print and painted starship model, the Vesper class cruiser from the Star Trek Online franchise.

With the file found on Thingiverse, it was scaled down first (well, the original try was half, to get Fleet Action scale, but the nacelle pylons got to thin) and printed "angled".

I`m quite happy how he turned out.  The bottom is a bit rough due to the placement of the tree support, but nothing the paint job couldn't cover, nor you don`t see the underside anyways on the tabletop, while for the rest it was a bit of cleaning up that needed to be done.

The model was painted in the darker grey colour scheme of the STO timesetting, around 2409, which also goes well for it's actual design: a halfway style between the Constitution and the Excelsior classes, updated to a more modern era.

By the way, in game it is a tier 2 vessel, so if you are doing this Free to Play game (well, it was paying when I started though) you can snatch one up really quickly!
