It all started with an innocent question and talk with Jasper and Geert at the FHL tournament in Turnhout last july.
"Do you guys at TSA play a lot of LOTR?"
The answer: no. We have no MESBG orientated community at the club, it's basically me and Noshi that fight out the wars in Middle Earth, and with Noshi now bearing our own little Hobbit...
The conversation then went to the question if we could host the finale for the 2019 season of the Flemish Hobby League, and with the powers invested in me (hey, it helps to be on the board) I said of course yes. You see, I have the location (with large parking facilities and a kitchen) but no players to organise something of our own and step into the list of clubs that are part of the Flemish Hobbit League, while they have a nice and large community, but often issues with finding locations with adequate parking space for larger events.
An e-mail later to my fellow board members, and we can now proudly announce that we will be playing host to the finale, which will take place at the second sunday of january (and giving us the saturday to prepare all the tables) in our venue.
All the exact details are to be found on the Facebook page of the Flemish Hobbit League in due time, so make sure to check there regularly!
