A show I`ve been following with Noshi, this is an american series that was aired in Belgium end of the year 2017 on TLC.
And today we watched the final episodes we had recorded of this 6 episode series.
In it, Yvette Nicole Brown, assisted by professional cosplayer Lee-Anne Vamp (sorry, not a fan of her at all) and costume designer (Tron Legacy, The Hunger Games, ...) Christian Beckman.
Every week, 4 cosplayers have to take on the personae of a character they designed to go into a set world, depending on the theme (superheroes, space opera, etc...). Now, here I must admit I liked the final episode, being Anime, the most.
The problem is that for some reason, all the other episodes the creators turned out to make big armoured, mega weapon, fallen warrior villain hero type figure. There was even one placed in Star Trek which looked more like a Space Marine from 40k tbh then the sleek and clean lines of your average Star Trek character.
But it was a great show to follow, and cudos to all those creators that passed by, creating real works of art in the few hours they got during the show.
