On the Painting Desk 307: adieu with the screen

Well it is mentioned in the title...

 

... but the "have to keep secret" screen has gone, as the entry for the Artisan contest has been completed.

 

Unfortunatly, I will only be able to show that somewhere near the end of january, when the voting has been done.

 

 

The handgunners unit for the Escalation League is also finishes, sharing them on here in the past week.  That means it is time to work on the next unit, being the Halberdiers. 

 

After those it is still two blocks to go with the Greatswords and the Crossbows, but we managed to pin down the date for the first round, which will be the 24th of january. This gives me over a month to complete them still, AND hopefully get some work done already for the planned round 2 and further models as the force steadily grows that way.  

 

But normally there will be one or two rounds of bulking out the regiments to go, and after that it will be the additions of characters and smaller, more elite, units to increase not the bulk but the quality of the army.

 

But first, let's burn through those halberds hopefully in the coming week...
