Cracking Boxes: Captain America and Deep Space Nine

It has been quite a few years since I popped open some regular, non Saint Seiya trading card boxes, but when i could get my hands on some to go together with my own order for a "very good deal', I took the plunge and along with a regular order came a boxed set of Captain America The First Avenger, as well as a Premium pack for Star Trek Deep Space Nine.

Now I must confess, I don`t have any ambition of adding either of them to my collection, I just took them along to hopefully be able to trade them away over time for cards missing from my own collections.

The first to be cracked open was the DS9 Premiere pack, which features a full limited run set of 48 cards and 2 Spectra cards.

The second was Cap`s movie box.  There is a slim chance of 1/96 to get an insignia, and 1/25000 for an autograph, so no hopes there for me.  Every pack also contains either a Cover card, featuring one of Cap`s Marvel comics covers, or a Propaganda card, featuring WW2 style posters with Cap on it.

In the end, I got a nice 8 / 8 ratio for those, none of the ultra rare memorabilia cards though, but nearly a complete base set.

It sure was fun to read and sort the cards while putting them in the trade binder.  For those wanting to know exactly what came out of each, here is the list:
