Star Wars Legion Rebel Commandos: May the Force be With You

 It's the fourth of may today, generally regarded as international Star Wars day.

 

 

So what better to finish to paint then some Star Wars figures. 

While I never gotten round to playing Legion (perhaps now with the new edition?) I do own quite some Rebel models for it, and I sat down and painted up this Rebel Commando squad for it, coming with a sniper team and a demolition expert.

 

The models, going near the 40mm mark, are in an easy to assemble, nice to paint hard plastic.  They are detailed well enough to get some good fun out of them, even though they are mostly camo cloaked soldiers.  

 

But, the 7 man squad now stands complete (no idea if they are legal in edition 3, haven't been researching the new edition yet) , and I'll definitly be doing some more models of the range in due time.  They are a nice "in between" project for painting after all.

 

But, now first back to more deadlines to be made...
