My Hero Academia season 7

 We are nearing the completion of the series, with the 7th season being the penultimate of this highly enjoyable superheroes anime series.

 

And it is one that is all about the big clash between good and evil, redemption arcs and sadly also farewell to quite some characters...

 

And Japan gets help against Shigaraki, All for One and the jailbreakers, as America's number one hero, Stars and Stripes, comes to aid no matter her government reacts to it.  Unfortunatly, while a student of All Might from his time overthere, she falls as well, but not before revealing important things on Shigaraki's current powers.  The heroes go about to spread out the League of Villains, trapping them in seperate locations but Toga manages to sneak to another place, causing a rift in the plan.

 

As Deku as a result finds himself at the wrong place, he must rusg to the "Coffin in the Sky" build around UA to face Shigaraki, where Bakugo and the others make a standoff against this totally overpowered villain, and one by one they start falling.  But Deku, enraged seeing Bakugo mortally wounded, arrives in the nick of time, while Gentle Criminal (hello back, second favorite character of the series for me) and La Brava redeem themselves by aiding the heroes.  La Brava overrules the hack by Sceptic and his team easily, while Gentle prevents UA from crashing and allowing the fight to go on, aided as well by Lady Nagant, another redeeming criminal.

 

All for One in the meantime stops Hawks, stelaing his powers, after a fight with Endeavour, and it shows that the more All for One gets damaged, the more he rewinds in age due to Eri's quirk he stole.  Endeavour and his family must stop Dabi though, he went out of control and is about to go nuclear, and at grave injuries manage to do this, though Dabi refuses to forgive his family before passing.

 

Himiko Toga, who took Twice's form, uleashes the Sad Man's Parade, which makes thousands of copies overrunning the heroes.  But Ochaco gets through to her, and while she is gravely wounded by Himiko, the girl repents and gives her life to save Ochaco (farewell, favorite character of the series).  Spinner, mutated by All for One, is stopped in the meantime at the hospital, but manages to free Kurogiri.  But as the League is rounded up or killed, the main battle between Shigaraki and Deku unfolds.  When All for One nears them to merge with Shigariaki though, and armoured quirkless All Might faces him, uncovering the weakness of his evil nemesis as they gear up for the apocalyptic battle between good and evil...

 

Now we only have to wait for the final season, as the ultimate battle between both All for One and All Might on the one hand, and Shigaraki and Deku on the other in the final season of My Hero Academia!
