The story recaps (in a way) the original series, but has been updated to today's standards in animation, making it one glorious little ride to watch.
U.C. 0079 - A squadron of Zakus from the Principality of Zeon invades a neutral space colony. Amuro Ray reluctantly pilots the Gundam G40 prototype mobile suit to combat the threat, as well as Zeon ace pilot Char Aznable and his custom red Zaku II.
And as you watched this, you can see the previews of the new kits, updated as well (the Zaku is worth getting it seems!) to today's GunPla standards.
Nice little ONA for sure, even though it doesn`t really add new elements to the kanon of the series.
