In the rebuilding of my Lord of the Rings collection, I took the liberty of painting up some Minas Tirth soldiers this time.
Armed with shield and sword, they are the backbone of the forces of the White City.
While not that spectacular on their own, the additions of captains and banners, and lead by one of the many mighty Gondorian heroes, they become a force to be reckoned.
Painting wise, the models aren`t the hardest, consisting mainly of plated metal armour and black clothing, but the white tree on their shield requires some more peering. But all in all, a good force backbone.
And it helps they are "green" in the Alliance Matrix with Rohan for a combined arms force...
