Noshi really loves this series, and as such we shortly after finishing the first season, we sat down behind our Netflix to go for season 2 of 3.
And the war the animals wage on mankind is taking a turn for the worse.
Plot
After we left with the team in danger of the escaped zoo animals, we find out Jackson is for some reason immune to the beast attacks, probably as a result of the bite he suffered in the first season. The animals now have been mutating to what is called "phase 2" and there have been 7 species identified as the key for the mutations... including a sabretooth cat, thought extinct, but apparently still living on a south american island (and yes, this IS Jurassic Parks Isla Nublar... well, the same island for the shots at least x-D).
But what is more, the disease is apparently also spreading to humans, and now the team has to find a way to stop the Noah Objective project. The loss of human life would proves to be bigger then the estimation projects, and as such General Davies must be stopped...
A team that went some changes in his make up to boot...
What I liked about it
* the main characters apparently don't have plot armour
* the evolution of the disease and how they must try to stop it, at great personal costs.
What I didn't like about it
* Due to the animals getting "special powers", they are for some way less threatening then the standard beasts cooperating in the first season.
And now, onwards to season 3...
