The second volume of this manga series, which I really liked after volume 1 I must say.
Because it is so innocent and yet relatable.
Even though he is a nervous wreck for it, the date between Train Man and Hermess-san actually goes okay, even though at times they have an awkward silence. She tells him she thinks he is a really good person, and he learns of her hobby, visiting restaurants, during their dinner. But even as he reports to the people on the forum, he draws the line there as he thinks she is out of his league. But they convince him to call her anyways, in case she heard him say that when the train left.
As a result, they go out on a second date, together with her best friend. The free spirited Maki quickly sees through him and how he hides his otaku side albeit poorly. She hears him out during the evening, and while one of the forum members looks for him to wish him good luck (and runs into the wrong group, who happen to also be on the forum), Maki actually gives her seal of approval about him.
After the succesful evening, she confesses to him she has been groped on the train. With the help of The Poet on the forum, he prints out a whole guide on how to deal with this for her, and waits for her at the station she always gets off. After 14 hours of waiting there, they meet at last, and she invites him to go and eat something. He offers to walk her home, but she says it is not necessary.
But just as the train doors are about to close, she turns and pulls him off, taking him up on his offer...
Yet another light yet intresting volume, and I kinda feel sad that I`m nearly through the series though. I can tell though it won`t be long before I`ll devour that volume either, so expect that soonish on here as well and find out how this tale will end!
